Completed Camps

Eureka!  Science and Art

From cyanotypes and photography to fractals and fantastic illusions, science influences art in many ways. How can we paint with the sun?  What do Romanesco broccoli and Jackson Pollock have in common? How can artists create all those optical illusions that trick our eye?  Find out these answers and more during our Eureeka! Week. (We'll also create a few homemade art concoctions for you to experiment with and take home.)

Dates:  July 2, 3, 5, 6 (closed July 4)

Time:  9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Cost:  $115 week or $35/day (by reservation).
